Grant Application Eligibility:
- Must be a couple that is/has been an established patient at a reproductive clinic or has a medical diagnosis causing infertility. (Please provide a quote/treatment plan from the agency/doctor)
- Must have a combined household income of $140,000 or less. (Please provide one of the last two years of tax return for proof of income)
- Must be a Florida resident. (Florida driver's license must be provided)
Helping One Family at a Time
• In our first year of being established in 2023 we successfully raised $21,000 of donations from our gracious donors!
• We awarded 4 deserving families Grants totaling $21,000 to make their next steps in their infertility journey possible.
• As a result of our initiatives of last year we are ecstatic to announce one of our Grant Recipients welcomed their healthy miracle baby boy into this world in October of 2024!!
